VTCP, as a non-profit corporation, is a community driven organization whom identifies the needs of the Townsite and Greater North Vista Area, and develop programs and projects that will improve the Vista Townsite and Greater North Vista Community. This gets accomplished by: simplifying VTCP's bylaws and mission, streamlining programs, focusing efforts in areas of greatest need and supporting the City of Vista as it address infrastructure needs.

VTCP is a community-based organization that maintains its efforts to educate and help low-income families better their lifestyle. Our services to the community provides knowledge and skills that will help residents make effective decisions. We invite you to get involve and stay active with our current and future plans in the community. The VTCP is a registered 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization and we Welcome all Vista residents to visit us.
